What Happens in a Baby and Me Lesson
Each 30-minute session focuses on gentle water familiarisation through play and connection. Typical activities include:

What age can babies start swimming lessons?
We welcome babies from 3 months old. Many parents start between 3 and 6 months once their baby is comfortable with basic neck control.
Do I have to get in the water?
Yes. A parent or carer stays in the water for the entire session. This helps your baby feel secure and makes the experience enjoyable.
Where do the lessons take place?
All Baby and Me lessons are private and take place at your villa pool or community pool in Dubai. We come to you.
How long is a lesson?
Standard lessons are 30 minutes. We can also arrange 45-minute sessions if preferred.
What should I bring?
Just a swim nappy for your baby and a towel. We recommend a warm pool (around 32°C or higher) for the youngest babies.
How often should we come?
One or two lessons per week works best for most families so babies retain what they learn and build confidence steadily.
Is it safe for young babies?
Yes. All sessions are carefully supervised by an experienced coach, and the parent remains in the water at all times. We move at your baby's pace.
Do you offer packages?
Yes. You can book a single taster lesson or multi-lesson packages. Packages must be paid in advance and have clear expiry dates so lessons stay regular.
